Message from the Booster Club  President

Teresa Scalzo

The Webster Thomas Booster Club is a group of parents that provide support for all levels of the Webster Thomas/Willink lacrosse program. The people that are involved are volunteer parents of the lacrosse players as well as the coaches.  We form committees pre-season and throughout the season for fund-raising, pasta dinners, Senior Night, Community Service, banquet planning and apparel and the advertising for the Varsity program guide.  The meetings are held once a month pre-season and as needed once the season starts.  To date, we have had a pampered chef and two sisters fundraising party, Thomas license plate holders sale, furnace filter sale and a purse party.  All have been quite successful.  We are scheduled to host a pasta dinner on March 20, 2009 at the Webster Thomas Cafeteria for all Varsity and JV players’ family and friends.   Last year we were able to put a down  payment on the warm-up suits with the fund raising proceeds for the Varsity Players to help keep the cost down. This year the Booster Club, again, will be providing some funds for the warm-ups. We have a great group of parents and are welcoming any new volunteers to the club.  Go Titans and enjoy the season!!!!
