Kip played both midfield and goalie for Webster Thomas in the early ‘70s, before plastic sticks were around, for coach Bill Guerra. Kip attended CCFL and earned an Associates degree in Horticulture.  Kip has been a volunteer coach at the youth levels for the Webster Lacrosse Club and is currently a volunteer coach for the Thomas Lacrosse program.  Kip has been helping at all  levels from modified  up to the varsity level since 1995, focusing on helping with players at the goalie position.  Kip is currently a  Teachers Assistant at Willink Middle School.  He also coaches Modified Football at Willink Middle School
